Michelle Mancha was raised in Detroit MI where she attended Bible school and met her husband Don. They have been married for 27 years and have five children. They pastor Faith Christian Center of San Francisco a multi-ethnic ministry focused on teaching people faith and walking in their purpose.

Michelle is a published author, workshop facilitator, and the CEO of Unapologetically Pink Solutions. Her blog, Loving Leadership, provides insight and encouragement for being a dynamic leader. She is a 2020 graduate from the Joseph School of Business and has a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University.

Encouraging people to be bold and do what God has put in their heart is her focus.  Her happiest moments come from witnessing people experiencing God’s Word working in their lives and watching them be who God called them to be.

Michelle enjoys walking outdoors, reading and being in the presence of God.
