Nicole Denine Graden, MSW has two decades of Human Services knowledge and  experience.  As a public servant, she has served children, youth and families in a variety of positions and capacities. Over the years,  Nicole has honed in on her ability to provide leadership, engagement, support and strategies to a multitude of families, service providers and members of the work force.  Nicole has a deep core belief that healthy families create healthy communities and as human beings, we can all contribute individually and collectively to improving the life experiences of others. Being of service to others and the community is a high priority in her life.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her two awesome and amazing children, family and friends.  Cooking is one of her creative outlet and spending time in nature is medicine to her soul.
